another loss

hi all

just a quick weight update. i went to ww today and i have lost another 600grms. i am over the moon. that is 5.4kg now and means i can get my first prize a red rose.

hand me that kleenex will you sob sob sob...... my babies have all gone to school today and i am a slight bit lost.. Ashley took off with his buddy and didnt even blink an eye next time he can just rip out my heart and stamp on it pmsl. Thomas went off with his teacher really happily which was great.

Grace my big beautiful girl didnt want me to take her to school today. she is too grown up and wanted to catch the bus. she is growing into the most beautiful young lady and i could not be more proud of her.

day one is done, how many more of these do i have to do????? it has all been worth it so it seems as Anthonys face when he came out of class today was priceless. i havent seen that smile for soooo long. god love him. he said the kids were actually nice and spoke to him and asked him to play and helped each other. it was fantastic to see the happiness in him. he was a slight bit worried that he didnt know the prayer they say at assembly but i assured him that in time he will know it and until then they wont mind if he says his own little prayer lol. anyway i just thought i would let you all know how he got on.

hi all
Anthony started year 4 today at a new school. now dont get me wrong the public school he was in is a great school just not right for anthony though. Anthony struggles with work sometimes and i found he was just being overlooked at times which is really sad. anyway he started at william cowper today and he was excited and raring to go. i had to hold the flood gates back til i got to the car. it was a bit of an emotional moment... he has Miss Gron as his teacher and she is new too so that is nice. Fingers crossed this is going to help him. oh and as a scrapbooker does i took some photos.

i think i forgot to mention some big news here... well it is big news to me.... i lost another 1.6kg this week at weight watchers so that takes my total lost so far on ww at 4.8kg. i was so excited. i did ask the lady doing the weigh in if i could go to the loo and come back again too see if i could make it too the 5kg mark lol. anyway i just thought i would share with you al.

hi all

only 3 more sleeps til school starts back. well it is three for Anthony. Ashley, Thomas and Grace all start back on thursday. i am so excited. i will have 3 whole days a week with out kids. i know it is going be very quiet and lonely to start with but i am sure with the house work that needs doing and the home repairs plus well SCRAPBOOKING i will fill the time quickly lol. keep posted as i will have pics of the kids in their new uniforms.

yes i have been snapping again. we went to bicentennial park last night for a free concert and saw lee and tania kernaghan, james blundell, melinda schnieder and others perform(sorry if my spelling is off). it rained can you beleive for a few minutes then stopped then rained again and stopped. so bizarre. anyway i took some photos and thought i would share.

well i have survived a day of hell. my feet are sore and i am so tired i can hardle move. we saw guy sebastian with adam harvey and got signatures. it was soooooooooo busy that people would just step right on the kids to get to the front. people are so rude. anyway this is the photo. i so hope grace appreciates it.

today my boys are running around the house all excited. when i openned the mail today there was a letter for each of them stating who their teacher was going to be for this year. Thomas has Mrs merrick, Ashley has Mr Tockuss and Anthony has Miss Gron. I cant beleive i am going to get 3 days a week to myself. omg what am i going to do with myself. i can see the house getting cleaner and maybe even a bit of arts and crafts.

well i am off to have a shower and get ready for the onslaught ahead of me. we are going to get the rest of the school uniforms and then head of to big W where guy sebastian is going to do autographs. i might even get a better photo today.

snap shots of today

hi all
whilst down town today i took over graces camera and took a few snaps. there is so much to see and do down there. i could easily spend a day just sitting there watching people walk by and take photos. country music really brings out some charactors and make things that seem normal stand out more.

isnt it funny, the thing that made the boys the happiest was simply balloons.

the tin man had the boys stumped. they didnt quite get that you had to put money in the tin to get the bloke to move lol.

the lights look very pretty against the trees and hopefully tonight i can get some more pics.

what a morning. i took the kids to see Guy Sebastian at the town library. He was fantastic. He read a couple of stories to the kids and he also sang a couple of songs. grace was in charge of the camera and omg is all i can say. lol.

whilst down at Terrigal with my cuz we went to what is known as the lagoon. the kids had a ball as the water is so shallow that they could run wild. i took heaps of photos and thought i would share with you all.

hi all
ok i am going to whinge here lol. i have cleaned and cleaned and cleaned and now that i am sitting down to have a nice cup of coffee all i can see is more cleaning. WTF is with that. my house looks like a tornado has gone through it. i think there is a secret conspiracy here against me. anyway sitting here whinging is so not going to get the job done. off to make some lunch and have a nanna nap i so deserve it lol.

yes this is a post about the COUNTRY MUSIC FESTIVITIES that are happening. yes it is that time again and the people are coming out of the wood work everywhere. i went for a stroll down town last night to look at the buskers etc. it was lovely and cool and the kids even got some fake tattoos. i managed to take a few pics too so thought i would share. i love looking at all the different characters that turn up, from Indians to the chicken man. if anyone has never been to the CMF then really book now for your tickets next year. just remember this is where Keith Urban started. I was there the night he won Tamworth Starmaker and i have an autograph to prove it pmsl. i use to have the biggest crush on that man, even with his mullet lol. it is truly one of the best fortnight you can ever have. there are heaps of free concerts on for those on a budget.

i have been out with my camera again taking snaps of the weather. it was so weird today, so hot and humid then this evening there was the fluffiest white cloud and the lightning was coming out from the inside. these arent the best pictures but i love the look.

grace is home now and is, well how shall i put it but F)(*&)(*&)(. she is so tired the poor girl. i am sure she has grown 2 inches since being away. i missed her so much and by the reception i got when i got there to pick her up i am sure she missed me too. i have never had a hug and tears like that before. i love her so much and felt like a part of me was missing with her away. anyway she is home now and i can once again enjoy having some girlie time.

i have a friend who had a terrible legion on her face which took her forever to deal with anyway this friend has a fantastic sense of humour so she named it larry the legion. so in true form i have a coldsore on my lip. it is actually my first ever coldsore and my god it hurts so i have come up with the name of harriett the herpe. harriette is being dealt with in the strictest of ways and hopefully will not be staying here too long lol. harriette and larry can live together in the land of never want to see your on my face again

i have just come home from a great couple of days with my cuz sally. we took the kids to the beach and the lagoon at terrigal and just stuffed around. it was so nice to just hang out and chillax. her unit is lovely and there is the nicest pool just out side her front door. we ate like kings and drank like old drunks. i cant wait to do it again. thanks sally you are an awesome friend and cuz. love ya

Grace has gone. we made it to the bus at 2am this morning and she boarded up without a hitch and was gone. it is a sunny 28 at cataract supposedly so i hope they get the tents up early and get in to having a heap of fun. missing her already god help me by day 13 lol.
